At Ross Care, we are passionate about providing day options for NDIS Participants in Park Holme. There are several benefits that clients can enjoy at our day options, such as:
- Being able to confidently construct their identity during a diverse group.
- Having a healthy sense of control over their life decisions.
- Aiding in the discovery of talents and skills, which increases confidence.
- Improving independence while carrying out life development skills and being able to handle daily activities more easily.
- Having a balance between mental and physical health, which can help them make better lifestyle decisions.
We value art because it is one of the most important forms of self-expression. We believe that art should be available to everyone. We create a safe and comfortable environment for our clients to freely express themselves through artistic, abstract, and creative means during our Day Options. This could include painting and drawing classes where your loved ones can create art with others in a non-judgmental environment. It is extremely empowering on an individual level to be able to create art and share it with others.
Park Holme Disability support: Day Options
Day Options on the NDIS Individual or group services are available. It is flexible, centred on what the participant wants, and adapts to their changing needs. There are activities available during the day, evening, and on weekends. The group-based options are based on leisure and recreation and emphasise skill development. Through various recreational activities, we hope to achieve community integration and participation.
