At Ross Care, we believe in a person-centered approach. We take the time to understand your individual needs, strengths, and aspirations. This allows us to develop a personalised support plan that fosters your independence and helps you achieve your goals.

We can assist with short term accommodation (STA), medium-term accommodation (MTA) or ongoing SIL. Respite care is also available.

Our homes that are staffed around the clock to ensure you have the best support available.

I have been a client of Ross Care for 2 years now. Very professional outfit and at times managent & staff have gone above and beyond to help. They always listen to your needs and are ready with a compromise or Plan B to achieve your goal if need be. They are quite resourceful too.

Ross care has been fantastic in supporting my 6 year old with Austism... he loves the careers and support workers he's been having.Taking him to various social activities and support with learning at home has been good.The workers are on time and pro active with care.Salwa and the team have been doing a great work in understanding the family needs and sending support accordingly.Can't recommend them enough.
