Day Options are best suited to individuals who are over 18 and unsure of what they would like to do during the day. Our Day Options centre is open from 8am-5pm Monday – Friday and we run different activities each day of the week.
If you’d like to learn to cook, make some friends, go bowling, go on a picnic or just hang out in the day to further develop your social skills, Day Options offers a great opportunity to do so.
